I'm Michael Quitt and I have been buying, selling and restoring vintage pens for over 25 years.  I was also the vintage pen repairman at Bertram's Inkwell in Baltimore for many of those years, as well as a seller of fine vintage pens at that same location.

All of my pens are restored unless described otherwise.
